About the Role

As a key member of our Marketing Technology and digital transformation consultancy team at TMW Unlimited, you will provide expert guidance to clients in selecting and utilizing the most effective marketing and advertising tools to meet their business and customer experience goals.

Your role will also encompass various consultancy projects across diverse industry sectors. These initiatives will differ in scope but typically include project oversight, vendor selection support, solution design, change management, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and more.

Prior experience in project management is essential, along with a solid understanding of how platforms integrate into the client's technical framework.

You will be a proactive problem solver and a collaborative partner, bringing significant experience in solutions consulting. You should feel equally at ease working within a multi-disciplinary team or as an independent consultant embedded within a client's organization for the duration of a project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a variety of client engagements focused on Marketing Technology.
  • Ensure project timelines are met by coordinating with stakeholders and creating supporting materials for operational guidance.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, definition, and user story development.
  • Articulate and communicate the Marketing Technology strategy and roadmap to senior client stakeholders.
  • Manage programs to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and masterclasses.
  • Assess and validate new Marketing Technology initiatives.
  • Occasionally serve as an embedded Product Owner for specific Marketing Technology platforms.
  • Act as a Marketing Technology Subject Matter Expert within interdisciplinary agency pitch teams to secure new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar consultative role within a marketing technology agency or consultancy, with a strong foundation in data and marketing technology.
  • A comprehensive understanding of systems across the entire marketing technology spectrum, including CDP, MAP, Journey Orchestration, DMP, and related technologies such as CRM, MDM, Consent Management Platforms, and analytics tools.
  • A deep expertise in at least one Marketing Automation tool.
  • Prior experience with at least one major Marketing Technology platform.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience managing end-to-end Marketing Technology development projects with proven task and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to manage relationships with senior management and C-Suite executives.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to identify, document, and prioritize client needs.
  • Skilled in eliciting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
