Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Technician to join our team at our Market Drayton Dairy. As a Shift Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of complex machinery and equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our manufacturing processes and equipment
Requirements
  • Experience in a multi-skilled department maintaining fast-moving, complex manufacturing or logistics environments
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
