Job Opportunity

We're seeking highly skilled Engineers (known internally as Shift Technicians) to join our Market Drayton Dairy. As a Shift Technician, you'll be responsible for reactive maintenance and conducting planned maintenance activities where required.

The site has seen circa £80m invested in upgrades to site infrastructure, automation, and high-speed filling machines. Requirements
  • Experience of working in a multi-skilled department maintaining fast-moving, complex manufacturing or logistics environments
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering within manufacturing, production, and process environments
  • Apprentice-trained with proven experience of working on fast-moving machinery, pumps, valves, and PLCs
  • Possess good knowledge in the areas of filling and process technology
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Good knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques
  • Team building skills and strong ability to work cross-functionally
