Job Title: Senior Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team at the University of Oxford. As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of multiple courses and will carry out a range of duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up course websites on departmental systems.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate data using departmental systems.
  • Preparing course budgets and financial arrangements.
  • Processing student enrolments and answering queries by email and in person.
  • Coordinating events, including in-person, online, and hybrid events.
Requirements:
  • A solid background in student administration.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with student databases and financial arrangements.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
