Job Description

We are partnering with a Teesside-based practice to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator for a permanent opportunity.

This role will report to the Payroll Senior within the firm and will be responsible for:

  • Processing both weekly and monthly payroll for a portfolio of varied clients
  • End-to-end payroll processing for every client, including processing client payroll schemes and ensuring accurate completion of each payroll
  • CIS processing and annual reclaims
  • Maintaining and updating payroll notes for all clients
  • Monitoring and updating TPR declarations
  • Issuing payslips in accordance with company procedure
  • Maintaining and actioning payroll changes
  • Dealing with pensions for clients, including checking for auto enrolments in a timely manner
  • Invoicing clients on a quarterly basis for payroll fees
