Working as part of a busy finance department. This position is working as a Payroll Administrator in a well-established, respectable company where you will be responsible for the weekly, four weekly and monthly processing of multiple payrolls.

Duties will include:

  • Processing four weekly payroll (end to end)
  • Processing expenses ensuring all figures balance
  • Dealing with travel expenses and
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Processing SSP/SMP/SPP
  • Processing information relating to AOE, Child support agency and DWP
  • Processing BACS payments
  • Manual Tax and NI Calculations
  • Reconciliation of payroll

Experience/Skills:

  • Experience working in a busy payroll department (1000 employees approx.)
  • Understanding of PAYE/ Auto-enrolment pensions
  • Strong IT knowledge and able to operate MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
