About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team at Boden Group. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our healthcare site meets statutory and contractual compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake desktop evidence reviews of statutory and contractual compliance by subcontractors, ensuring coordination of feedback from all participants is achieved.
  • Maintain accurate records of evidence received and observed using our systems.
  • Evaluate and escalate non-compliance areas and unconfirmed areas where the Service Provider is not producing evidence to demonstrate compliance.
  • Produce performance reports detailing the outputs from monitoring undertaken for inclusion within board reports.
Requirements
  • Experience in a facilities maintenance role is required.
  • PFI experience is desirable.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to be flexible.
