Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a high-quality, responsive, and customer-focused housing management and lettings service for homeless households living in temporary accommodation.
  • Allocate temporary accommodation and support residents to sustain their accommodation.
  • Manage temporary accommodation processes and use initiative to think outside the box.
  • Use excellent communication skills to support a wide range of people with complex and challenging behavior.
