The Role:
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen.
You will be responsible for cleaning designated areas, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring that all surfaces are hygienically cleaned.
You will also be responsible for preparing the dishwasher for use, advising the manager of any faults, and requisitioning chemicals as needed.
