Job Opportunity: Chef De Partie

We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our talented team in a modern kitchen at a 4-star country hotel in Ilkley. The ideal candidate will have a passion for local, seasonal foods and a desire to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes using modern techniques and the latest chefs' kit
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and high standards
  • Assist in menu planning and food preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in a supportive environment
