We are seeking a skilled Insurance Customer Adviser to join our team at KD Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our insurance business, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service to new and existing clients via telephone and email.
  • Process and administer all insurance policies within the department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deal with new business administration, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, queries, premium financing arrangements, and broking risks to insurers.
  • Work closely with clients and insurers to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance our insurance broking business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insurance is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fully computer literate with MS Office.
  • Able to learn new systems and processes.

Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.00am start.
  • Hybrid working available after 6 months.
  • 24 days holiday plus bank holidays.
