About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing multi-million pound groundwork and RC frame packages. As the lead on your project, you will develop client relationships, organize, plan, and execute works, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and open communication
  • Organize and plan works, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including site engineers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Strong experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering and construction industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersProven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standardsStrong knowledge of construction management principles, including programme management, budgeting, and risk managementAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
