Job Title: Head of Data and AI

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Data and AI team. As the Head of Data and AI, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and operation of our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Data and AI team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Data and AI, aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Data and AI solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Data and AI technologies and apply this knowledge to drive innovation.
  • Manage and optimize resources to ensure efficient delivery of Data and AI projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading Data and AI teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Expert knowledge of GCP Data and AI products and services.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and ability to apply this knowledge to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience of working with multiple verticals and geographies.
  • Ability to architect cloud-native applications and design pragmatic solutions on GCP.
  • Experience of leading Data and AI projects using structured methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Proven experience in managing large engineering teams and promoting collaboration, inclusion, and empowerment of Engineers.
Desirable Skills:
  • Official Engineering certification to a Professional level for a Cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud.
