We're Karen Millen, a renowned fashion brand with a passion for creating elevated style. We're seeking a talented Senior Photographer to join our team at our Manchester studio, where you'll work alongside our Studio Manager, Art Director, Stylist, and Production Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our stylist and art director to capture high-quality digital images of Karen Millen products.
- Take ownership of ensuring our products are lit correctly, efficiently, and creatively, aligning with our company guidelines and brand creative direction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and consistently meeting KPIs.
- Produce stunning, high-quality images that are correctly exposed and color-consistent.
- Prepare sets, checking equipment functionality, setting up lighting, and maintaining accurate daily shoot records.
- Name and maintain digital asset files, creating daily contact sheets and uploading to Creative Force.
- Work with our art director to edit images, ensuring they meet our brand's standards.
- Crop and process images, adhering to file size specification guidelines.
- Perform quality assurance on all images.
- Contribute to seasonal gallery refreshes, working closely with our art director.
- Accurately archive images for easy access by other departments.
- Ensure all images are ready for online sales, meeting daily and weekly deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with our team, adapting to pressure and demonstrating a flexible attitude.
- Maintain studio equipment, performing ad hoc duties as needed.
- Contribute innovative ideas to elevate our ecommerce gallery and maintain our position as a premium fashion leader.
