Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager who will be instrumental in enhancing our supply chain processes to guarantee optimal efficiency and effectiveness in delivering our products to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and refine supply chain practices in accordance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers and logistics providers, while monitoring their performance to uphold cost-effective operations Analyze supply chain data to identify and resolve issues, implementing alternative strategies as necessary Anticipate product demand to mitigate risks and ensure uninterrupted supply Oversee purchasing, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution Inspire and manage team performance Ensure achievement of operational targets Foster strong relationships with suppliers Maintain comprehensive awareness of supply chain activitiesQualifications:
A minimum of five years' experience in Supply Chain Management Proven experience in team leadership Strong organizational and project management skills Exceptional time management abilities and capacity to perform under pressure while ensuring accuracy Strategic thinking and systems analysis capabilities Ability to remain composed under pressure and make swift decisions Proficient relationship management and active listening skills Advanced problem-solving abilities Strong interpersonal skills Comprehensive knowledge of various IT systems In-depth understanding of risk management within the supply chain Keen attention to detailWork Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, with Fridays concluding at 3 PM
