Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Lead

Job Summary:

Archway Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at a well-established Nursing Home in Bromley. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the quality of care provided.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Manage and coordinate the nursing team's workload, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community services, and other stakeholders to ensure effective care delivery.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC pin number.
  • Previous experience in a senior nursing position, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Up-to-date clinical skills and knowledge, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
