**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and components for new and future projects.
- Manage and maintain accurate materials costing information for customer inquiries and project proposals.
- Develop and implement key supply chain solutions and partnerships for new products and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Manage and support ECN, PCN requests and activities, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Transfer supply chain data to tactical buyers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize stock control.
- Represent the supply chain function in project meetings, providing expert guidance and support.
**Requirements:**
- Proven procurement experience in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with frequently changing priorities.
- NPI/project procurement experience, with a strong understanding of project timelines and budgets.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot charts and V/X/H lookups.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with high-profile clients, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent client and supplier relationship-building and management skills, with a strong focus on communication and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with RFQs, RFI's, and associated reporting, with a strong understanding of benchmarking, cost-down, vendor rationalization, and inventory management.
- Relevant qualification, such as a degree in a related field or a professional certification in procurement or supply chain management.
