We're looking for a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead a team of colleagues, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales, and store efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and HR, to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
