About the Role:
NFU Mutual's Finance Division is seeking a highly skilled Risk Consultant to support the Operational Risk Framework. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading financial institution and contribute to the development of a robust risk management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize risk management initiatives.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on risk management best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of homeworking and office-based work.
