About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process payments, handle guest inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:
