About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Beauparc. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals
  • Closing deals for total waste management services, including equipment, recycling, shredding, and hazardous waste
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new suppliers and support sales efforts
  • Participate in regional networking events to showcase Beauparc's services and build relationships with potential clients
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities
  • Complete weekly KPI sheets and participate in sales meetings
  • Assist the administration and service teams with the implementation of new services
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 18 months of continuous employment in a sales role
  • Experience in door-to-door canvassing, senior-level networking, and working within the waste industry
  • Essential qualifications include a full UK driving license, educated to GCSE level in English and Maths, and externally recognized sales training
  • Desirable qualifications include an NVQ in Sales/Business Management, trained to degree level, and experience using CRM software
