About the Role

Venus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a Senior Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for leading a small team and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and motivate a small team to achieve exceptional results, ensuring effective communication and timely completion of all tasks.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls and email enquiries, providing technical support for a specific brand, and retaining as many calls as possible to free up the external sales team.
  • Account Management: Act as the Account Manager to existing customers and convert enquiries into sales orders.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify larger opportunities for the external sales team.
  • Quote Follow-ups: Conduct outbound calls for quote follow-ups.
  • Brand Ambassador: Develop a deep understanding of brand products to recommend solutions and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Order Processing: Process customer quote requests and orders, manage back-orders, and collaborate with the fulfilment team on scheduling.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in NetSuite ERP, including database and contact management, raising cases, processing returns, and updating prices when required.
  • Market Trends: Monitor market trends, capture customer data, and use these insights to tailor brand promotions in collaboration with your Sector Sales Manager and the Marketing team.
  • Project Assistance: Assist with projects as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Leadership Potential: High energy and engagement with demonstrated leadership potential.
  • Organisation and Presentation: Well-organised and presentable.
  • Industry Experience: Ideally some experience within construction or retailers within the building industry.
  • Driving Licence: A valid full driving licence is required.
