You will be responsible for processing quotes, orders, and enquiries for one of our brand categories, working closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to tailor brand promotions and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls and email enquiries, providing technical support for a specific brand while retaining as many calls as possible to free up the external sales team.
  • Act as the Account Manager to existing customers and convert enquiries into sales orders.
  • Develop a deep understanding of brand products to recommend solutions and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain accurate records in our ERP system, including database and contact management, raising cases, processing returns, and updating prices when required.
  • Monitor market trends, capture customer data, and use these insights to tailor brand promotions in collaboration with your Sector Sales Manager and the Marketing team.
  • Assist with projects and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
  • Requirements:
    • Experience within the construction or retail industry is highly desirable.
    • A valid full driving licence is required.
