About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Payment Management
    • Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, credit checks, and payment processing.
    • Resolve payment queries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payments, and account balances.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on customer activity and payment trends.
