We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our construction division on a permanent basis. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for residents, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
- Addressing resident concerns and issues with professionalism and promptness.
- Maintaining accurate property records and conducting validation and satisfaction surveys.
- Facilitating communication among all stakeholders to ensure a smooth project experience.
- Proactively working to minimize disruptions for residents and fostering positive relationships with all involved parties.
Requirements:
- Essential experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) with a minimum of 1-2 years.
- Desirable knowledge of occupied refurbishment processes.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
- Proficiency in IT and adaptability to on-site operations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
- Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated.
- Valid driving license.
