We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our construction division on a permanent basis. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for residents, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to project timelines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.
  • Addressing resident concerns and issues with professionalism and promptness.
  • Maintaining accurate property records and conducting validation and satisfaction surveys.
  • Facilitating communication among all stakeholders to ensure a smooth project experience.
  • Proactively working to minimize disruptions for residents and fostering positive relationships with all involved parties.

Requirements:
  • Essential experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) with a minimum of 1-2 years.
  • Desirable knowledge of occupied refurbishment processes.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
  • Proficiency in IT and adaptability to on-site operations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Ambitious, innovative, and self-motivated.
  • Valid driving license.
