We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant. Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-presented.
  • Merchandising: Efficiently merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products, ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
  • Bakery Operations: Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods, ensuring that customers have access to a wide range of fresh products.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to start a shift early or finish late, as required by the business.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive approach to changing priorities, with a drive and passion to work hard and make the store a success.
