Job Summary:

Empower Digital Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Racing Event Manager to join our team. As a Racing Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating racing events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Race Event Management: Manage and coordinate racing events, including setting up and tearing down equipment, ensuring all necessary safety protocols are in place, and overseeing the event staff.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that customers have a safe and enjoyable experience, including conducting safety briefings and providing excellent customer service.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train event staff, including track marshals, safety personnel, and customer service representatives.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate events, including setting up schedules, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events, including safety incidents, equipment malfunctions, and customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in event management, racing, or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure, and experience with event planning and management software.
