We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse Specialist to join our team at People Management Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide culturally competent care to patients, addressing their specific needs related to cultural, spiritual, psychosocial, and other factors.
- Perform basic assessments, deliver safe and appropriate care using the nursing process, and administer medications and treatments.
- Observe and document patient conditions, plan and validate care with peers, and initiate emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Support the maintenance of CQC standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in primary care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in primary care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in performing ECGs and phlebotomy.
- Excellent understanding of health screening processes and protocols.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to healthcare.
