Position Summary

We are seeking an Interim Senior FP&A Manager to assist the CFO and provide mentorship to the FP&A Team. This role is designed for a 6-month contract, offering a competitive daily rate on an Umbrella company basis.

Key Responsibilities

As the Interim Senior FP&A Manager, you will:
  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and analyze data, enhancing data visualization and facilitating in-depth analysis.
  2. Lead a small yet skilled team of Analysts to optimize organizational performance and drive market engagement.
  3. Guide and mentor Analysts, fostering effective teamwork and high performance.
  4. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  5. Act as a business partner to various departments, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making while maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
  6. Oversee the development of customer insights to assess the effectiveness of solutions.
  7. Ensure the accuracy of financial models to predict cash needs and forecast demand.
  8. Deliver timely performance insights and develop management information (MI) requests.
  9. Enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven analysis and insights.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A formal Accountancy Qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CA, etc.).
  • Experience in cultivating a high-performing analytical team.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Prior experience in a Financial Services environment is advantageous.
