As a Senior Healthcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and effective care to patients with mental illness and personality disorders within a secure environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the overall well-being and rehabilitation of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and emotional support.
  • Mentor and supervise junior healthcare workers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure environment by adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in forensic healthcare.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting or similar environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • NVQ Level 1 or equivalent qualifications (NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous).
  • Completed the Care Certificate (or willingness to complete).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
