Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene, medication administration, and emotional support.
- Mentor and supervise junior healthcare workers, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Contribute to a safe and secure environment by adhering to strict protocols and procedures.
- Participate in training programs and maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in forensic healthcare.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting or similar environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- NVQ Level 1 or equivalent qualifications (NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous).
- Completed the Care Certificate (or willingness to complete).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
