Position Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist who will oversee the complete management of all shipments entering and exiting their Road freight facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily export manifests and distribute related pre-advice notifications.
  • Timely update of collection and delivery statuses.
  • Manage online booking processes.
  • Track, follow up, and process all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, ensuring prompt updates to the internal system.
  • Engage with delivery agents to resolve any outstanding POD issues.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse and Transport teams to facilitate the seamless movement of all shipments.
  • Provide customer service by addressing inquiries from clients, subcontractors, and drivers via phone and email.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and quick to learn.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
  • Capable of performing well under pressure.
