We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Planner to join our team at Elida Beauty, a leading FMCG company. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our innovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to support business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, and procurement, to ensure seamless execution of innovation projects.
- Define and develop network activities, innovation planning processes, and ensure timely delivery of key activities.
- Responsible for delivering OTIF projects with incremental turnover and margin improvements.
- Work closely with the Planning Control Tower teams for planning activities.
- Ensure the SKU portfolio is regularly reviewed to address delist, margin improvement, or volume/MOQ correction.
- Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant.
- Responsible for growing and nurturing talent, including succession planning, to ensure the organization is fit to win short and long term.
- Key representative of Elida Beauty Limited within the organization and externally across various key stakeholders and organizational bodies.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in innovation planning, supply planning, demand planning, or an R&D innovation-focused role.
- Demonstrated conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure with autonomy.
- The ability to effectively lead and engage cross-functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability.
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with Microsoft Project and building networks/timelines.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong Excel Skills.
