KS2 Teacher Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Teacher to join our vibrant and fun primary school in Maidstone. As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for the pastoral care of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, promoting teamwork and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets and encouraging strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop maths ability by introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry.
- Help children develop their writing ability by creating plots, characters, and settings for stories.
- Monitor children's progress and report back to parents as necessary.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications (experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply).
- Ability to commute to Maidstone via public transport.
- Confidence to hit the ground running, proactively lead a class, and manage behaviour in line with school behaviour policies.
