Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team at Mixxos Group, based in Leighton Buzzard. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering products to key customers within agreed timeframes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the company supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Order Processing: Manage the daily flow of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Customer Forecasting: Analyze customer demand patterns to inform forecasting and inventory management decisions.
- Daily Management of New Orders/Amendments: Monitor and respond to new orders and amendments, ensuring seamless execution.
- Work Order Preparation: Prepare work orders for production runs, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Weekly Dispatch Plan: Create a weekly dispatch plan to optimize logistics and meet customer demands.
- Sales/Operations & Supply Chain Reporting: Provide regular reporting on sales, operations, and supply chain performance to inform business decisions.
- Supply Chain/Demand Planning Experience: Proven experience in supply chain and demand planning, with a strong understanding of forecasting and inventory management.
- ERP System Experience: Familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP experience being advantageous.
- Commercial/Financial Acumen: Strong commercial and financial understanding, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Organized: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
