About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Travel Chapter. As a key member of our Guest Experience team, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the product roadmap for our Guest app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for the Guest app, prioritizing features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Lead the analytics efforts to measure app performance and user engagement, identifying trends, and presenting performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for all Guest app-related inquiries, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring transparent communication.
  • Optimize the user experience by driving App Store Optimization (ASO), conducting usability testing, and refining user interfaces.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to keep the Guest app competitive and innovative.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team, promoting best practices in product management and agile methodologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager of mobile apps, with a strong track record of managing product roadmaps and driving development from concept to launch.
  • Experience in taking a new app to market, including App Store Optimization.
  • Ideal experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry.
  • Understanding of the React Native and Expo technology stack would be a bonus.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and UX/UI design principles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote team setting.
