Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Teledyne UK Limited. As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making. You will work closely with the Financial Controller to prepare timely and accurate management information, and will be responsible for completing the monthly management accounts pack, preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and controlling intercompany transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller to prepare and review financial reports and analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to provide financial information and support
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- CIMA or ACCA qualified or finalist
- Degree educated
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
