Circular Solutions Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Circular Solutions Executive. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering commodity reports for customers while supporting circular project work within our supplier base and Reconomy Community Interest Company (CIC).
Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of data from our suppliers, relating to commodities, to upload into Salesforce to meet our customers' reporting requirements.
- Support project work, relating to new innovative products, helping provide solutions to push waste up the waste hierarchy.
- Work closely with the Circularity team to help develop the commodity, charity, and CIC supply chain.
- Support the delivery of trading within our supply chain, with bookings and data management.
- Closely attention to detail – you will be able to identify issues in data sets, to ensure they are resolved.
- Commercial awareness – you will need to ensure margins are maintained and escalate any commercial risks.
- Great customer care – to be focused on delivering excellent customer care, both internally and externally.
- Collaborative and a relationship builder – to be leading a collaborative environment, internally and with our suppliers, driving improved processes and efficiencies through strong relationships.
- Drive to differentiate – to explore and support innovative circular solutions, alongside our CIC, to deliver to our customer base.
- Circular and sustainability awareness – we aren't expecting you to be an expert, but just to have an interest and a drive to know more.
- 23 days holiday, increasing to 25 days at 2 years' service (plus bank holidays). Once you have 1 year's service, you will be able to join the holiday buy/sell scheme, providing more flexibility in how you manage your annual leave.

You will report to the Circular Solutions Lead, with a dotted line into the Commercial Director – Recycle Division. You will predominantly work remotely, with an expectation to travel to different sites from time to time as part of your learning and development and to attend team meetings.
