This role provides an exceptional opportunity to engage in a variety of projects from initial feasibility assessments to intricate execution. The projects differ in scale, complexity, and discipline, covering civil engineering, construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) work, technical engineering, sustainability initiatives, and value engineering. Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and enhance existing planning techniques and procedures.
  • Guide and nurture a team of planners, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Refine processes and optimize workflows within the planning department.
  • Engage with a diverse array of stakeholders to effectively convey complex or abstract concepts.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of Primavera P6.
  • Experience in formulating and managing construction budgets within cost estimate parameters.
  • Expertise in governance, scheduling, and quality reporting.
  • Prior experience as a Senior Planner on major infrastructure projects/programs typically exceeding £50M.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to elucidate complex concepts.
