Bar Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Team Member to join our team at The Prince Akatoki in central London. As a key member of our Bar Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve a range of beverages to guests, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge of our beverage menu, particularly Japanese beverages.
  • Prepare and present cocktails to specification, using a wide range of techniques and ingredients.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking and re-labeling as required.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling duties.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and late finishes.
  • Self-motivation and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a luxury food and beverage venue is desirable.
