About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a proven track record of implementing and managing processes to drive business efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for:
- Forecasting and monitoring compound, blend, and straights to ensure accurate inventory management and minimize waste.
- Managing the implementation and running of new processes within the business, including the coordination of UFAS and internal audit systems.
- Dealing with customer complaints and compliance issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Working closely with the senior management team to drive business performance and achieve company goals.

Requirements:
