Exciting Opportunity for Professional Negligence Solicitor

Themis Recruit is seeking an experienced Professional Negligence Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will manage a diverse caseload of complex professional negligence claims, including multimillion-pound cases across various sectors such as solicitors, construction surveyors, and accountants.

You will work closely with an experienced and established team, supported by dedicated marketing and new business teams. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career within a niche area of law, with the chance to be part of a renowned department within a leading law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own caseload of complex professional negligence claims.
  • Work on high-value claims across various industries, including legal, construction, surveying, and accounting.
  • Collaborate with the department head on larger cases.
  • Work closely with the team on group projects and tasks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Professional Negligence or General Litigation/Dispute Resolution.
  • Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules.
  • Grade A or B solicitor, confident in managing cases independently with some supervision.
  • Experience with Proclaim or similar case management systems.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to manage electronic case files.
