About the Role
As a Room Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of expert Educators in one of our nursery Family Rooms. You'll help your team achieve their full potential, while also supporting the children in their care to reach their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for coaching and mentoring
- Support the development of your team, helping them to achieve their full potential
- Work closely with the nursery management team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and education
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £25,500 - £27,000 per annum
- A performance-related bonus of up to £1,200 per year
- The choice of a 4-day, 36-hour week or a 5-day, 40-hour week
- Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year
