Job Overview

Retail Sales Associate – WHSmith

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: 4 hour contract; weekend priority with overtime available.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while working independently or collaboratively to uphold our exceptional store standards. We aim for our customers and colleagues to feel proud to share their experiences with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing outstanding customer service to all patrons. Managing stock replenishment and ensuring that all areas of the store are neat and inviting for customers. Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in finding their desired products easily. Collaborating with team members and offering support to colleagues.
