About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team, supporting adults with a learning disability. As a valued member of our team, you will empower individuals to live the lives they choose, using a person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals in their daily lives, helping them develop new skills and achieve their personal goals.
  • Provide personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests, and travel.
  • Work collaboratively with the individual, their family, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to support.
