Key Responsibilities

  • Implement software on our systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Conduct thorough installation and commissioning of equipment and systems, meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Deliver customer training, ensuring they are proficient in using our systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and commission new systems.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills, with experience in PLC programming and structured text (Beckhoff).
  • Proficiency in software development, with experience in C++/C# and app writing.
  • Good understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with robot programming, particularly with KUKA or similar systems.
  • Electrical training and qualification, with experience in creating electrical designs for machinery.
  • Commissioning experience, with a strong understanding of system integration and troubleshooting.
