Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume invoices in a timely and accurate manner

  • Participate in month-end procedures to ensure financial closure
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly payment runs to ensure timely payments
  • Match and code invoices to the company's financial system
  • Assist with implementing new software to improve financial processes
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the finance team
