Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Tradesperson to fill a key role within our team at South Birmingham construction group Ltd. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a range of trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and roofing.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks related to carpentry, including framing and finishing work
- Conduct painting jobs both interior and exterior, ensuring high-quality results
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks
- Handle plumbing repairs and installations with precision and care
- Carry out masonry work as required, demonstrating attention to detail
- Undertake roofing repairs and maintenance, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Execute electrical tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to industry standards
- Fabricate materials to meet project requirements, showcasing creativity and problem-solving skills

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Tradesperson or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency in a range of trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and roofing
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively, with a strong understanding of safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment
