In your role, you will be responsible for addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, ensuring they receive the high-quality care they deserve.


Your duties will include creating a secure and nurturing environment for residents with diverse physical and mental health requirements. You will utilize your professional judgment to make essential clinical decisions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for this position, you must possess current NMC registration and a comprehensive understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in developing thorough care plans and detailed risk assessments is crucial, along with familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
