POSITION OVERVIEW
At Barchester Care Home, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. This role comes with a £3000* Golden Hello and mileage contributions, reflecting our commitment to rewarding our staff.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Your duties will include:
- Creating and implementing personalized care plans.
- Administering medications safely and effectively.
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse needs.
- Utilizing your clinical expertise to make informed decisions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must possess current NMC registration and be well-versed in contemporary clinical practices. Experience in developing comprehensive care plans and conducting thorough risk assessments is essential. A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, is also required.
