Position Overview:
A leading engineering consultancy is seeking to enhance their workforce with a qualified Highway Consultant. This role is pivotal in addressing a variety of projects that span from infrastructure development to environmental considerations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in thorough audits and investigations related to the construction and upkeep of highways and transportation systems.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Maintain high standards of internal and external communication and reporting.
- Work alongside the team to develop precise monthly schedules and verify their relevance.
- Analyze individual unit performance with the team, identifying potential issues, trends, and solutions for any unexpected challenges.
- Produce comprehensive monthly reports that reflect project progress.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BEng) is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £65,000, along with 26 days of annual leave, with additional days accrued based on tenure. Opportunities for career advancement within a reputable organization are also available.
